My Photo Gallery

The Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra at Tokyo's Suntory Hall, January, 1993. This photo was taken during a performance of the Mahler 1st Symphony.

One of the things I am most passionate about in life is my family. This photo was taken when our youngest daughter Margy graduated from 8th grade.

I am a space buff, and the Apollo program has never ceased to fascinate me. Here is a picture of the very first Apollo-Saturn V. (Apollo 4).

Taken on my honeymoon in 1981, this is a photo of a farm located in Iowa. I love to look at farms, and this one was a beauty.

Of course timpani and percussion are my main passion (after my family). Here is a LightMark XI 23inch timpano. I took this photo in January 2001.

Ships, and ocean liners in particular, are another passion. This is the Queen Mary, now permanetly moored in Long Beach, CA.

Being a space buff, is it not surprising that I am a fan of Star Trek, particularly of the Next Generation Series?

Being a family man, I am naturally interested in genealogical matters. This is a picture of my parents on their wedding day in February, 1945.

I cannot resist adding a picture of this beautiful Vermont dairy farm. It is so well maintained and neat.

Computers are yet another great interest. This is a pciture of my old computer set up at my summer job in Indianola, IA.
