Was responsible for the installation of 400+ Windows XP
desktop and laptop computers at the corporate headquarters of State Farm
Insurance Co. Duties included de-installation of Windows NT machines and
peripherals; careful inventory and return to stock of same; installation
of new XP machines and peripherals as well as inventory; installation of
software packages and enhancements; troubleshooting of both hardware and
software. The position required excellent troubleshooting and time
management skills as well as a well-developed sense of attention to
detail. The position also required high degrees of flexibility and
